This place is wonderful. I honestly love everything about it. The space is beautifully designed and super cozy, and the coffee is incredibly good. I always ask the barista to make me something they personally love, and every time it’s delicious, even if it’s a syrup I wouldn’t usually go for (saying this as a fellow barista). The staff here does such a great job. I’ve noticed a few of the girls looking a little tired sometimes though, and I think people should definitely start tipping more) I love that the pastries are creative and feel quite natural. I also really appreciate how eco-friendly and pet-friendly this place is. It’s always clean, and the overall vibe is just comforting. I recommend this café to everyone I know. I haven’t found better coffee in Cleveland yet.

Stopped by for an iced coffee- a lovely Strawberry Fields Latte - even the name is great (in my mind it’s a Strawberry Fields Forever latte . It was fresh tasting like a nice little bit of real strawberry and refreshing. I recommend you try one if you’re into strawberry. It’s a nice little spot.
Charming and authentic coffee shop in the city — cozy, relaxed, and full of warmth. Great, calm and relaxing music, a welcoming atmosphere, and just the right vibe to unwind. Laptops are welcome, making it a perfect spot to work, read, or write. Clean and well-organized, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light that gives the space an open, airy feel. I’d definitely come back!
Goodkind is second to none in Cleveland, quite literally the perfect coffee shop. The drinks are always fantastic and the space with recent expansion is cozy and work-friendly. I’m picky about cafe culture and the fact that they have homemade syrups and real glassware makes me very happy. Seasonal menus are always fun too. Can’t rec enough
Great place for a coffee, snack and just relax with family and friends. Nice atmosphere , very clean and friendly staff. Most definitely recommend Goodkind Coffee Shop. Much better than going to one of those chain coffee places that are becoming a ripoff. Shop and dine to support local businesses. We were just visiting from out of town but always looking for local businesses.
This coffee shop was a breath of fresh air! I’m an east sider and just recently started working out at a fitness class in Ohio City — I needed to do some work after class so I stumbled upon this cozy shop. Not only were the syrups house-made, bagels tasted fresh, but the milk tasted locally sourced. The two gentleman working the front counter were beyond nice. I will 100 percent be back (probably this week because it was that great lol).
Our family loves coming here! It is quite possibly our favorite coffee shop in the whole Cleveland area, with great coffee and ambience. It’d be nice if they added a changing table to one of the bathrooms to make it more family friendly.
My favorite coffee shop in Cleveland, bar none. I am rarely ever disappointed — the taste of the coffee phenomenal. I will often go out of my way just to come get a drink here. Staff are generally very friendly, and the interior decor and vibes are so cute. Love coming here and, in all honesty, I’ll probably stop by this afternoon… lol. Hope to be a customer for years to come :)
